2024 Chicks and Hogs Sponsorship Opportunities 

Family Promise of Lake Houston is hosting the 14th Annual Chicks and Hogs BBQ and Brew–Off fundraising event on Friday, October 4, 2024, and Saturday, October 5, 2024, at A.V. ‘Bull’ Sallas Park located at 21675 McCleskey Rd, New Caney, TX 77357. We would LOVE to have your company by our side as a sponsor for this year’s event.

At this year’s Chicks and Hogs BBQ and Brew Off, fundraising event we’re aiming to raise $100,000 to benefit homeless children and their families in our immediate area. The event will kick off with a Faith First Friday Christian Concert and continue on Saturday with the BBQ Cook-Off, Local Brewery Competition, Silent Auction, and so MUCH MORE!

Chicks and Hogs is designed to showcase local businesses & corporate sponsors while giving you an outlet to treat your staff, special customers, and family to a day of music, fun, and great food! Last year, with the help of sponsorships, we entertained over 2000 people! This event is terrific exposure for your company and a fun way to invest in your community while having a great time!

In your role as a sponsor, you would provide a monetary donation to assist us in covering our event costs. In return, we Family Promise of Lake Houston will promote your business as a sponsor in a few different ways depending on the level.

With your business by our side, we’re sure to achieve this season’s fundraising goal of $100,000 and serve the greater Lake Houston area well by ending the cycle of homelessness for those needing assistance in our area.

“Whole Kit and Caboodle” Presenting Sponsor – $20,000 (1)

This will provide 300+ children and their families in our Lake Houston community with resources, education, advocacy, compassion, and hope.

With this sponsorship you will receive:

• Presented by “company name” recognition with logo on all marketing materials, digital and print.
• Logo linked from our website to yours.
• Exclusive signage in all event areas.
• Opportunity to include swag items in our welcome bags.
• Specialized announcements during the event highlighting your sponsorship.
• 50 ALL Access tickets ($75 Value Each: Friday night concert, BBQ Cook-Off, and Brew-Off, only those 21+ eligible)
• 25 BBQ Cook-off ticket entries.
• All applies to both days of the event, Faith First Friday concert on October 4^th and BBQ Cook-Off and Brew-Off on October 5^th.

SOLD “Cook Team Row” Sponsor – $10,000 

This will provide families with reliable transportation while they are executing their family plan to break the cycle of homelessness.

This will provide counseling and mental health services to 100+ individuals to help them navigate the traumatic experience of homelessness.

With this sponsorship you will receive:

“Bring Home the Bacon” Chance Drawing Ticket Sponsor – $5,000 (1)

This sponsorship will empower a full year of enriching children’s activities, offering vital support and engagement opportunities while their parents receive essential services.

With this sponsorship you will receive:

This will equip all program participants with invaluable skills and resources, including comprehensive financial literacy, access to GED testing and personalized tutoring, and essential parenting and relationship education.

This sponsorship will play a pivotal role in providing services aimed at professional preparedness and empowerment. All 108 families we aim to serve in 2024 with be provided with essential professional attire, mock interviews preparations, and resume writing assistance. Your sponsorship will also guarantee access to nutritious food for our children and their families, ensuring they have full bellies and a bright future!

This sponsorship will aid families we serve during the holiday season, ensuring that they experience the warmth and joy of Christmas. Additionally, it will provide essential home necessities that often go beyond the reach of food stamps, including diapers, paper towels, toilet paper, and more.
