Virtual 5K Registration – Family Promise of Lake Houston

The Virtual 5K for the Promise House is a 5K designed to be done on your own time while still respecting current Social Distancing guidelines. Each participant will receive a ribbon of completion with their registration. T-Shirts are available to be purchased for an additional cost below to wear during your 5K! Registration will end June 5^th for t-shirts to be delivered accordingly. Shirts can be received via mail, porch pick-up, or porch drop-off (HKA area only).

From June 22^nd through June 30^th you are encouraged to share a picture, a video, or a testimonial of yourself completing your walk, run or bike in the event page on social media or any social media platform with one or more of these hashtags:
